Dwight A. Lacy, MBA Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Lacy has served in a leadership role in the behavioral healthcare field for over 15 years. Mr. Lacy earned his Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration, and has served in multiple administrative capacities within hospital leadership along with finance, human resources and business development. Mr. Lacy’s focus is on quality care through the recruitment and development of top level professionals and on ensuring a collaborative team approach to deliver high patient satisfaction, which is his top priority.
Jeff, Chief Financial Officer
Jeff is the Chief Financial Officer for Millwood Hospital. Jeff has 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry, the last 29 of which in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Jeff has 13 years of experience with UHS and has been the CFO at Millwood since March 2006. Jeff graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Loren, LCSW, LCDC Chief Operating Officer
Loren serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Millwood Hospital. She has worked in mental health, clinical and administrative roles in various behavioral health settings throughout Texas. She began her career as a therapist working with children, adolescents and adults in acute and residential settings. She continued her work providing mental health and substance abuse services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. As she moved into administrative roles, she found that her clinical experience aided in providing the platform to lead her teams into providing high quality and patient-centered care. Her passion is helping individuals and families find a place of peace and understanding along their recovery. Loren graduated from Louisiana State University with her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and The University of Texas with her Master of Science in Social Work. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor.
Andre, MSN, MBA Chief Nursing Officer
André is the Chief Nursing Officer of Millwood Hospital. André received his Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Nursing and Business Leadership from Washington Adventist University. He has over 22 years of progressive leadership experience in a variety of roles and settings within the healthcare industry. Research shows that there is a direct correlation between a developed workforce and improved patient outcomes. For this reason, he is dedicated to the education and development of staff, at all levels of the organization. André is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association and the American Organization of Nurse Executives. In his time outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son.
Brittney, LCSW Administrator of Clinical Services
Brittany has spent eight years in the mental health field, working with individuals and their families providing crisis intervention and avenues to recovery. She studied at University of Houston and received a dual degree in Biology and Chemistry. She later attended University of Texas at Arlington for her Master of Science in Social Work.
She specializes in acute care hospitalizations and therapeutic respite programs; specifically focusing on providing trauma-informed care. Patient safety and satisfaction are at the upmost importance, and she believes every patient deserves a chance at recovery. She feels honored to be a part of some pilot programs that are innovating behavioral health for those in need in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Angela, Director of Business Development
Angela began her career in marketing with The Department of Defense’s TRICARE Program, gaining exceptional experience in marketing and provider relations. Angela accepted a position in marketing with Universal Health Services in 2007 and is currently working as the Director of Business Development for Millwood Hospital.
Angela attended Southern University A&M College, and California State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing.
Raymond, Director of Plant Operations
Raymond has been with Universal Health Services for six years. Prior to joining the UHS team, Raymond served in the substance abuse and mental health industry for over 20 years. He started out as a volunteer, then became a therapist and eventually moved into the role of Program Director. Raymond’s focus shifted to Plant Operations and regulatory compliance about 12 years ago. Since that time he has filled the role of DPO in four hospitals, two of which are UHS owned.
Raymond is active in his community, serving as Associate Pastor for a local church and leading mission groups to Mexico two to three times a year for the past 16 years.
Jay, LPC Director of Access and Intake
Jay has been in the mental health field for the past 15 years, 11 of which at Millwood Hospital. Jay has spent the last 10 years in management roles, including five years as Intake Director at two UHS facilities. He has spent his career in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, where he also received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas and his master’s degree in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. He truly enjoys working in the mental health field and is currently focused on building the most effective and efficient intake department in the market.
