Brian Gill, MSW, MBA, Chief Executive Officer
Brian Gill was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Millwood Hospital in June 2019. Immediately before joining Millwood Hospital, Brian was the Chief Administrative Officer for Saint Thomas Stones River Hospital in Woodbury, TN and the Vice President of Behavioral Health for Saint Thomas Health. Prior to Saint Thomas Health, Brian served as a Regional Operations Director for a large healthcare system supporting 10 behavioral health programs located across the United States. He has also held executive level psychiatric hospital positions in Arizona and Nevada serving children, adolescents, adults and older adults challenged by mental illness and substance use disorders. In addition, he has previously led an integrated community mental health center comprised of a three-agency consortium, and has overseen the daily operations of an psychiatric crisis center serving approximately 1,500 voluntary and involuntary adults a month.
Brian was awarded his Masters of Social Work degree from Walla Walla University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and Tennessee. He later obtained his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. Brian’s clinical experience includes crisis intervention, outpatient and inpatient behavioral health treatment, tele-behavioral health services, and the integration of behavioral health services in the acute care and primary care settings. He has an interest in Lean Management and High Reliability Organizational models.
Brian has received extensive training on Solution Focused Therapy as a clinical and management model. In addition to his clinical and administrative experience, Brian has served as an adjunct faculty member at Phoenix College in Phoenix, Arizona and has served as a Board Member for Mental Health America of the Midsouth, and on the Nashville-Davidson County Metropolitan Behavioral Health and Wellness Council.
Jeff, Chief Financial Officer
Jeff is the Chief Financial Officer for Millwood Hospital. Jeff has 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry, the last 29 of which in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Jeff has 13 years of experience with UHS and has been the CFO at Millwood since March 2006. Jeff graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Donia RN, MHA Chief Nursing Officer
Donia has been with UHS for over 10 years in the Director of Risk and CNO positions. Donia has over 40 years of nursing experience ranging from Emergency Department to Behavioral Health. Donia has been at Millwood Hospital for 3 years. Donia attended Nursing School at Northwest Texas Hospital School of Nursing, she received her BSN at West Texas State University 1986 and her MHA at Chapman University.
Rebecca, LPC Administrator of Clinical Services
Rebecca has worked for Millwood Hospital for four years in various leadership roles. She graduated from Howard Payne University with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Letourneau University with her Masters of Science in Professional Counseling. Rebecca is highly skilled in working at the acute-care level; specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques and trauma-informed care. She is currently a creative force behind an innovative positive reinforcement treatment model, Balanced Day. Rebecca is passionate about reducing the stigma of mental health by working closely with community partners to empower patients beyond the hospital setting.
Raymond, Director of Plant Operations
Raymond has been with Universal Health Services for six years. Prior to joining the UHS team, Raymond served in the substance abuse and mental health industry for over 20 years. He started out as a volunteer, then became a therapist and eventually moved into the role of Program Director. Raymond’s focus shifted to Plant Operations and regulatory compliance about 12 years ago. Since that time he has filled the role of DPO in four hospitals, two of which are UHS owned.
Raymond is active in his community, serving as Associate Pastor for a local church and leading mission groups to Mexico two to three times a year for the past 16 years.
